How a session unfolds
During the first session, the physiotherapist examines your prescription, establishes a complete assessment and explains the proposed treatment plan.
A session lasts approximately 30 minutes.
The following sessions are entirely dedicated to treatment, always preceded by a discussion about your progress.
Access and parking
The office is located on the first floor of a building equipped with an elevator.
Four parking spaces are available at the rear of the building ; they are indicated by a blue sign "KINÉ".
Paid parking spaces are also available on the Arlon road.
Bicycles and scooters can be mounted in the cabinet for added security.
Benelux bus stop nearby (lines 28 and 222).

Payment and refunds
We apply the official CNS tariff schedule.
For affiliated patients, third-party payment is used: the CNS covers approximately 70% of the cost of care.
Payment is due by bank transfer within ten days. Credit cards are not accepted.

Home care
Some treatments can be carried out at home, with a medical prescription that includes the mention "at home".
Our trips cover Strassen, Luxembourg City (Bel-Air, Rollingergrund, Merl), Bertrange, Mamer, Bridel and Kopstal.
Please contact us to confirm that your address is included in our service area.
Double session
The CNS only reimburses one physiotherapy session per day, except for respiratory treatments.
If you are attending another session at a different clinic, please let us know.
Any additional sessions on the same day will be at your expense.
Refunds & conditions
A medical prescription is required for coverage by the CNS (National Health Fund). If the prescription is validated, standard coverage is 70%. In certain cases (children under 18, serious illness, post-surgery), coverage can reach 100%. cns.public.lu+2cnspublic.lu+2
The sessions must begin within a specified timeframe after the prescription, and the prescription must be submitted to the CNS on time. cns.public.lu
Payment methods
Payment is due by bank transfer within 10 days of invoicing. Credit cards are not accepted. For home visits, travel expenses are charged separately.
